Waiting List
I have received a lot of requests to start a waiting list this year, and I was not planning to because of the drama it started last year. However, since I produce only a small number of hatchlings every year, the demand is high enough to where I have decided that I will offer spots on a waiting list for those that are interested.
In order to reserve a spot on the waiting list for a gecko from Ritzy Rhacs, a 25.00 deposit must be made. The deposit is nonrefundable, however, it is good for the entire season. After the end of the season, if you have not selected a hatchling, the deposit is forfeit. The deposit is to ensure that you are serious about wanting a hatchling from Ritzy Rhacs. There will only be a maximum of 10 slots available on the waiting list at any given time.
Please note that the average price for a mid-grade Ritzy Rhacs hatchling is about 100.00-200.00. Higher end offspring are often listed at 275.00-400.00+. Please be sure that this price range is within your budget before placing a deposit.

2. Indicate any preferences to pairing, color, pattern, etc that you may have; but please note that the deposit is good for any hatchling despite what is indicated in the email. I will do my best to accomodate your preferences.
3. Include a way for me to contact you when there are new hatchlings available.
4. Be sure to check the Ritzy Rhacs facebook page for updates just in case you don’t receive the email (or any other communication fails.)

Payment
If you need a payment plan for your gecko, I ask that you pay a 25% nonrefundable deposit to hold the hatchling. The remainder of the payment is due within 4-6 weeks (depending on the cost of the animal) or the deposit is forfeit and the gecko is relisted. Payment plans are negotiable with purchases exceeding 300.00.
Shipping
Shipping is additional and the cost varies depending on location, I use Fedex or UPS. Geckos are shipped in approved insulated boxes with a heat pack or cold pack if necessary. I will not ship if the lows are below 40 or the highs are above 85. I guarantee live arrival if the temperatures do not fall below 40 or exceed 85 and the animal arrives on time. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check what time packages typically arrive at their house. Live arrival is always guaranteed with a Fedex or UPS sort facility hold for pick up (not at UPS or Fedex stores).
Guarantee
I guarantee that all of my geckos are well started and healthy before being shipped. If the gecko is not eating and you suspect any health problems please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to assist you with your new animal.
Color is not guaranteed on hatchlings. This is because mature colors can take a long time to develop and I can only give my best guess as to what color an animal will be as an adult. Crested geckos can go through vast changes from hatchling to adulthood, and if I strongly believe an animal will go one color or another (from looking at lineage and previous offspring) I will let the buyer know.
All sales are nonrefundable once the animal is no longer in my possession. If the animal dies from a preexisting ailment and at no fault to the buyer (necropsy may be required) within one month, the buyer will receive full credit towards any other gecko that is available.
